About The Clinic

Our team
Profysio_manuaalterapeudid_füsioterapeudid_massöörid

Profysio is a manual therapy clinic founded in 2016 by manual therapist Aleksei Pinchuk. Our mission is to provide professional and high-quality services based on modern knowledge and evidence-based therapeutic methods.

Physiotherapists

Our team includes highly qualified specialists who trained at leading research institutions in Canada, the USA, and Italy. They practice manual therapy, perform acupuncture, prescribe therapeutic exercises, and apply kinesio taping.

In addition, each physiotherapist has at least five years of clinical experience working with patients.

Currently, we do not cooperate with the Estonian Health Insurance Fund (Tervisekassa). Therefore, we do not accept therapy referrals from family doctors. All physiotherapy visits follow our current price list.

Massage Therapists

Experienced massage therapists work at the Profysio clinic and help clients reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and restore mobility.

Moreover, our specialists use different massage techniques — from relaxing to therapeutic — depending on each client’s needs. At the same time, they continuously improve their skills by attending professional training courses.

In our clinic, you can find a massage for every preference — from head to toe. As a result, many clients experience improved well-being and reduced physical tension.

Our Mission

We take great pride in our work and strive to help every client achieve their personal health goals.

Health is the best investment!

    Oleksandra Ardasheva 🇷🇺/🇺🇦/🇬🇧

I graduated from Kyiv National University in 2010 with a degree in Physical Rehabilitation and completed my postgraduate studies in 2013. I also have a vocational qualification in special education, which has allowed me to work not only in massage therapy but also in teaching children at a sports orienteering school.

In my work, I primarily use massage and Stecco therapy, focusing on the assessment and balance of the fascial system.

For me, it is important to identify the root cause of pain rather than treating only the symptoms. The Stecco method allows me to detect fascial mobility restrictions and address them with targeted manual techniques to restore normal body function and movement.

Sport is an integral part of my life — I am a Master of Sport of Ukraine in sports acrobatics and a former FIFA football referee. I also enjoy various outdoor activities.

Since 2022, I have been living and working in Estonia. I am fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English, and I am actively learning Estonian.

In my work, I adhere to the rule that understanding the problem is 50% of the solution. I use manual therapy, dry needling, and therapeutic exercises to treat the client.

I specialize in aesthetic and therapeutic facial massage, with a primary focus on ASAHI and KOBIDO techniques as well as fascial facial modeling. The goal of my work is to enhance natural facial contours, improve skin condition, and deliver visible results without invasive procedures.

I have completed foundational training in aesthetic facial massage and neck/shoulder massage at the Estonian Massage and Therapy School in Tallinn, and I continuously develop my skills to integrate modern knowledge with traditional techniques.

My approach is based on working at a deeper level — activating the lymphatic system, releasing fascia, and balancing facial muscles. This allows not only improvement in the skin’s appearance but also supports the natural functionality of the face and overall well-being.

For me, facial massage is not just a treatment, but a conscious and precise practice that leaves the face looking fresher, lighter, and more balanced.
