I graduated from massage school in 2014. I have had clinical practice in this field and have worked in spa salons for years. Have completed additional training courses (sports massage, aromatherapy, lava stone massage, kinesiology). I actively keep myself up to date with professional literature.

I graduated from the Estonian School of Massage and Therapy as a massage therapist. I have previously worked in the rehabilitation department of Benita’s home and also in the SPA-salon. In addition, I have focused on self-improvement in various massage techniques, including sports massage, myofascial approach, and kinesio taping. I offer clients need-based massage in the best possible way, contributing to the recovery of their impaired functions and supporting their health.

I like to spend time in nature. I want to channel my energy into helping people and do my part to make more people happier and healthier.

I graduated from the University of Tartu in Physiotherapy as a Movement Advisor. I completed an internship as a physiotherapist and massage therapist in hospitals, helping patients recover from surgery or injury and improve their mobility. Took an internship at MyFitness sports club as a personal trainer and at Dorpat Tervis, where I gave group training.
Sports have been an integral part of my life since childhood. In my spare time, I am doing strength training and enjoying to move in the fresh air.

I graduated from Kyiv State University in 2010 with a degree in physical rehabilitation, and in 2013 I also completed postgraduate studies there. I also have secondary special education, thanks to which, in addition to daily massage service, I also taught children in a sports orientation school. Sport is an integral part of my life. In 2022, I moved to Estonia.

I am a Ukrainian sports acrobatics champion, a former FIFA football referee and I also like all kinds of outdoor activities.

I speak Ukrainian and Russian fluently, and English is at an intermediate level. At the moment I’m learning Estonian.

Relaxing massage

The general relaxing massage uses all classical massage techniques. By improving the blood supply, normal muscle tone and metabolism are restored. The strength and intensity of the massage is chosen together with the client.

The massage is suitable for muscle tension, general fatigue, stress and sleep problems.

  • Acute heart, kidney or liver failure
  • Acute traumas (first 72h)
  • Skin infection, other infectious disease or thyroid disease 
  • Malignancies or suspected tumour
  • High or low blood pressure 
  • The third trimester of pregnancy
